Course Schedule
Day 1
Morning: Classroom instruction covering ambush dynamics, tactical vehicle setup, and survival principles
Midday: Live-fire range drills, including shooting from inside and outside vehicles (50 rounds + minimum 3 duty rounds)
Afternoon: Real-world force-on-force scenarios using Simunition (50 rounds, available for purchase on-site)
Day 2
Morning: Classroom PowerPoint on tactical medical response
Midday: Hands-on walkthroughs with tourniquets, chest seals, wound packing, and care under fire
Afternoon: Integrated force-on-force scenarios requiring medical intervention and tactical problem-solving
Student Gear Requirements
Duty belt, pistol, and minimum two magazines
Rifle (if carried)
Tactical vest or body armor
Eye and ear protection
Tourniquet, chest seal, IFAK (if available)
Gloves
50 pistol rounds + minimum 3 duty rounds
50 rifle rounds (if applicable)
What Else to Bring
Water bottle or hydration system
Snacks and lunch (no meals provided)
Sunscreen and bug spray
Notebook and pen for notes
Personal medications
Backup batteries or chargers (for radios or devices)
Hat and sunglasses (recommended for outdoor portions)
Weather-appropriate clothing and gear
