This course meets Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) requirements and provides the foundation needed to effectively teach, mentor, and shape today’s law enforcement professionals.

This course is designed to prepare participants to:

Develop clear, legally defensible lesson plans

Demonstrate professionalism and leadership as a trainer
Upon successful completion, participants will meet the requirements to apply for TCOLE Instructor certification.
